The Journal of Creativity, Media, and Communication Studies (JCMCS) originally established under the name 'CommuniGate' (which was later renamed for greater clarity and visibility in the academic community) was established in December 2024, with Nodistya Septian Indrastana, S.S., S. Pd., M. Pd., serving as the Editor-in-Chief.

All papers are double blind peer-reviewed and published four (4) times in a year (January, April, July and October)

1. On 4th January 2025, the journal published first issue (Vol. 1 No. 1 (2025): January)

In this issue, 8 manuscripts were submitted. One was rejected at the editorial stage, and 7 were accepted and published.

 

2. On 6th January 2025, the journal published second issue (Vol. 1 No. 2 (2025): April)

In this second issue, the journal received 9 manuscripts submissions. Two (2) manuscript was rejected at the editorial stage, and 7 were accepted and published.

 

3. On 19th July 2025, the journal published third issue (Vol. 1 No. 3 (2025): July)
